Oct 9th, 2022Candied lemon drop, lees, tangerine, SALINE salty! Minerality, orange, passion fruit, slightly vegetal. Semi aromatic, bone dry, high acidity, med+ body. Called it Albariño! Then at the last minute I scratched that and changed it to Sauv Blanc 😢🤦♀️

Plush fruit followed by saline minerality.
N: lemon, white peach, white flowers, and a bit of sea spray on the nose.
P: more giving on the palate. The peach quality is juicy and textured up front giving way to that salinity. A hint of earl grey tea and flowers.
