A little gem from a thoughtful winemaker on Waiheke Island. Flowery pink, raspberry, spice on the nose, dry, yes dry, with good acidity. Ripe red fruits with black pepper, good weight - a great food wine. Delicious with seared scallops and roasted tomatoes; not bad either with avocado, tomato and mozzarella tricolore! — 11 years ago
