Radikon: 'I make my whites like reds, so you also drink them as reds.' Sweet tannins, spices and even some fruity notes. Loooong skin maceration (30+ days). Maverick wine. Very unusual. 2001 was the last vintage Radikon used a little sulfite, from 2002 onwards he stopped using it. — 11 years ago
