Pineapple upside down cake, waxy peach, crushed rock, almond and orange marmalade. Palate shows honeysuckle, ginger and brown spice, filtered sunlight and optimism. Green melon and tangerine finish. Little jalapeño jelly on the conclusion to close with an exclamation. Medium body makes this perfect for a transitional season.
