@Greg Wirth that sucks, there are 2 levels of it.. prime and prime district 4, district 4 is the less expensive variety

I don't think so. Everyone's "past prime" is different. Oxidized, Madeirized...sure, but of if it's just too thin for you...but hey, at the end of the day, it's our job to make sure we don't sell you something you're not going to like.
