12 Corners Vineyards

South Pier Sunset Red

Made with Concord grapes base in a vineyard near Lake Michigan. It is a sweet wine with hints of guava. It's perfect for sharing with friends while relaxing after a long day. One of my favorites wines from Michigan! — 13 years ago

La Colombera da Pier Carlo Semino

Bricco Bartolomeo Cortese

Herbaceous near smoke-point olive oil and bamboo shoots with a thin lemon juice on wet, river rock silhouette. The palate is full, siphoning into a barely perceptible tingle, adding buoyancy. Clean and delicious with shrimp in a homemade tomato cream sauce. A wiggle of the hips, a simple linen sashay, in a sunny field of white wildflower and clover. This Cortese really does it all. Curious to see it dance on the half shell. #cortese #piedmonte #italianwine — 11 years ago

Tablas Creek Vineyard

Patelin de Tablas Paso Robles Syrah Blend 2011

Dark ruby color with intriguing aromas that are at once both pungent and sweet with intermingled bacon fat, red fruits, black pepper, olive tapenade, and a hint of bittersweet chocolate. On the palate it's very smooth, well balanced and fresh with juicy dark cherry, strawberry, warm flavors with a spicy mineral laden finish. Blend of Blend of 52% Syrah,29% Grenache,18% Mourvedre and 1% Counoise 13.7% alcohol. Great value at $20 — 12 years ago
