Super geeky sparkling gamay from a cru of bugey. Star of the day! Bright, tart berries, beautiful sugar/acid balance for a 8% wine. Bubbles were quite intense, more along the lines of a demi-sec. Can't wait to pour for Thanksgiving. — 11 years ago
