This is a very tasty Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State. Soft and elegant. Fruit forward with nice complexity. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and didn't improve much with a long decant.
This 7 year old Cabernet is drinking at its peak right now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
Easy drinking and good by itself. Will also pair nicely with burger and fries.

Purple, dense, high pigment extraction. Black currant and tobacco on nose, black plum and blackberry in mouth. Medium skin astringency, tart and puckery but fruit forward. Light alcohol. Love this style of Malbec, highly drinkable. Worth decanting but I lack the patience and just dig in. — 7 months ago
Copeland Vineyard Rattlesnake Hills Cabernet Franc Rosé. Light pink, excellent clarity. Light aromas of cherry and herb. Back label suggests flavors of “cherry, pink grapefruit and tarragon”; I’d say that’s close but not quite right on the herbal note. Dry, high acid, refreshing and elegant. — 2 years ago
Deep color. Maroon of blood. Smells lovely. Juicy and fresh aromas with leather and cherry cola. Flavors are dusty cherry and lean red meats. Amazing on point Syrah. Chewy and delicious. — 2 years ago
