So, while NYE is shining its face of glam and glitter, this old-school favorite blue-jean lady miniskirted her way into my night with dark skin memorably imprinting shear silk as her long legs grab and dance. Very interesting wild-wood nose showing rabbit tobacco, recently barned and stacked hay dripping with spilled plum against new oak adding resin grabbing blueberry all playing with a night fire-funnel warming and suggesting another swig that goes chocolate then back to the berries lingering and seductively clinging -"Ohhh it makes me wonder, what's going on, under, the...." Balanced and beautiful, needing an acid hit to find Nirvana .., that written, drink it up, down, .... — 10 years ago

A wall of cedar coated in turbinado crystals, sweet tea, vanilla mist, wintergreen and wildflower honey up the two-hole. Really a gorgeous array. Orange blossom honey, pine nut, rock candy, lemongrass, cocoanut, cocoa powder, soft vanilla, sweet tobacco, coffee candy, brickle notes, squash blossom, poppy flower, and the worlds most perfect raisin. As delightfully indulgent as drifting carelessly down a clean river in spring and being enveloped in an endless array of budding flora! — 10 years ago

As the label tells a tale of possible 9 Muses, this magical wine is an immaculate blend of 9 grapes- 3 of which are white in this red blend. Predominantly Pinot Noir would never be assumed, and only serves to smooth out this wildly enchanting journey. Elderflower bouquet, then down the rabbit hole into garnished reds with ripe friut with tarnished metal, and appropriate tannin. A wild turn into a rich, oily finishing passage the viognier offers from the floral beginning. . A full circle. Give it a nice chill. Yum. — 11 years ago

When it is so good. Rich: so rich and fruit forward without at all being fruity. Blind tasting it kept bringing me down the rabbit hole of a cab... — 10 years ago
