Incline Dundee Hills Estate Chardonnay 2017

Lightly reductive, warm fruits, medium body, medium acidity. A pleasant Oregon Chard that's somewhat reminiscent of riper fatter white burg. Good with creamy cheesy corn dishes. — 2 years ago

Ostrea Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir 2012

Expressive bouquet: flowers, strawberry, chocolate, fig, animal farm, mushrooms, wet wool and vanilla. Well balanced, good acidity, evolving taste. Flavours of milk chocolate with wild strawberry and sweet tobacco in the finish. Quaffable wine with persistent aftertaste. Great wine.

Les Aigrots Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2011

We had the 2011 Vintage on 11/25~26. A terrific Burgundian wine with cherry and mushroom. Tannins all smoothed out. Had this 6 years ago and thought it was a dud. Patience is rewarded — 2 years ago
