Much more mineral driven than your typical sauv blanc, very easy to drink though, with a more golden color, with hints of green to the edges. Medium bodied, bigger than your typical, dry, with prominent cantaloupe and honeydew melon flavors, maybe even a little underripe peach, with a long mineral driven finish with hints of grassy hay and even some ripe lime. Needed to get in touch with my roots. Raided my dad’s cellar when he wasn’t around to scold me for it. Enjoyed with my mom and sister over pasta with pesto. Resolved and in a beautiful spot. Herbaceous but still fresh. Elegant.
