Bright lemon color with stone and tropical fruit aromas and with floral citrus scents. On the palate flavors of peaches, pineapple and mango with lime zest and hints of chalky salinity. Well balanced with pleasant lively acidity, long finish ending with mineral, citrus and wet stone nuances. Very nice value. Pair this with some toro sushi. Consistent.

Gunflint, mace, lime peel, lemon, hint of salt and white pepper. Structure and minerality. Quite nice, very food friendly
