Ahhhh, Bordeaux. When the fruit begins to develop the dried black berries and currants, when baking spices, dusty earth, and cedar permeate the room, you know that A classic Bordeaux is present. At peak, I'm motivated to seek out some 2012's to enjoy in 2025.
