Still very vibrant and alive! Lime zest. Lemon. Clean. Zesty acidity.

Very fine persistent perlage . Toasty brioche notes , lemon oil , crushed rocks , hazelnut . On the palate , leaner than expected , linear and precise , good minerality , lemon pith and hazelnut on the finish . Needs a little time this , probably better in a couple of years and will last well over the next decade or so

My favorite champagne- brioche, honey, lemon, and apple with gentle bubbles. Loved it!

Drink now. Gorgeous color. For a momentous occasion this was lovey. Dominant in Pinot but balanced. Definitely interesting seeing this aged. Not mega toasty. Not yeasty. Some fruit shines through my wife says apple honey crisp perhaps. I would say there are elements of this that remind me of elements of cognac in the back end slightly grape blended note.
Brioche notes. A fall freshness but not a bright crispy ness. Perhaps a better way to say it is almost fresh Apple like instead of lemon that some Chardonnay dominant ones have been.
Edit: Apple as Iā€™m honeycrisp. Not green apple
