Surprised to find this on the list at ramen gaijin btg. the vegetal spiciness paired perfectly with my oxtail ramen. a bit closed, but still lovely.

2011 vintage. Brambly boysenberry and black fruits. Well-structured. Hint of licorice. Fine-grained tannins. If I didn't know what good red wine tasted like this is what I would imagine.
