Clean, dry Catalonian Cava enjoyed while watching flamenco dancing at Corral de la Moreria in Madrid — 3 months ago
balanced and well rounded, get this instead of your fancy champage next time — 4 months ago
Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold with a frothy creamy mousse, small plentiful bubbles with a steady stream. Aromas of apple and citrus with toasty notes. Well integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — a month ago
Beautiful blanc / blush transparent pink - white in the glass.
Just a classy clean bouquet with aromas of raspberry, peaches, and the light waft of fresh bread.
Nice mousse, not overpowering. Monastrell comes through. Big, unencumbered, and inconspicuously fresh and bold. Peaches and raspberries with a light bready character. Cherries. — 3 months ago

Decent pop ‘n pour Cava. A little rich and fat for my taste. — 3 months ago

For $11.50 per bottle, this Cava punches way above its price. Nice bubbles, slightly sweet, no off flavors. It doesn’t compare with Champagne but it’s not really trying to be Champagne. And it is better than many other Cavas I have had. — 11 days ago
