More savory than sweet. Truly unique! Great for summer. — 6 days ago
The 2023 Rosé is deep, complex and layered, with ripe nectarine, rose garden and sweet cherry fruit notes. Beautifully expressive and floral on the nose, savory, salty mineral tones meet red berry freshness and an undercurrent of spice in the mouth. A touch of almond bitterness grabs at the edges of the tongue toward the close, striking great harmony with a rounded sweetness. Bravo. (Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024)

1988. My birth year. I dont remember much about that time of my life but this bottle wont be forgotten in the crevasses of time either.
What was striking was that this 35 year old still had some years left, some structure and still needed a few swirls to open. Boot leather and a really pleasant smoke scent came out. Mild baking spice, and dried fruit. Was totally enjoyable. Would love to have compared it to a younger version. — a month ago

The 2023 Rosé Sabine is ripe, vibrant and structured. Spiced red fruit and almonds rush across the palate, supported by energetic acidity and a bit of grip that pleasantly tugs at the cheeks. This is a fine example of classically styled Provençal Rosé. (Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024)
